How to shop

To order products is simple. We have prepared these instructions where you will find every step so you can successfully order the desired products.

Choose the product
On the home page you will find the actual hot products or new products. The hot products are sold with special discounts.

If you already know exactly what you want, we recommend to use the full text search which is under the MS Composit logo in the left upper part of the screen.
Search in: choose the category in which you want to shop
Search for: insert the name of the product to find.
If you have not yet decided about a particular product, you can choose from our offer. Firstly choose the category in which you would like to shop on the top line (helicopters, rotor blades, etc.) you will then see products from the chosen category (e.g. helicopters). For advanced search use the menu on the left side, where you can easily get to the needed category or product.

Insert the product into your Shopping cart
After choosing the all the products you want to purchase, click the button BUY button. The chosen product will automatically be transferred into your shopping cart. The information about its status can be seen in the right top corner. You can purchase recommended accessories for the product the same way, by clicking BUY. To see your shopping cart, click the VIEW/EDIT CART on the right middle side of the screen. You can delete products or change the ordered number of products.
Here you can also see the price of the transport to the chosen destination. Please choose the location (country) where the goods will be sent to and choose the type of transfer (mail, UPS etc.) which you prefer.

Checkout
Finished shopping? From the cart continue by clicking on the button CHECKOUT.

If you are a new customer, click on the button CONTINUE CHECKOUT and please fill out the required information to register. You will see an overview of your order and Address of payment, please fill out the required information. The Address of payment is the address of the person paying for the goods and then there is the delivering address, if you want the goods to be delivered to a different location than to the Address of payment.

Then choose the method of payment (bank transfer, PAYPAL), validate the acknowledging of the business policy and confirm the order where you can check your data. By clicking on the button Print order you will receive the copy of the order for eventual verification.

Now your purchase is finished and you can continue shopping or end it.

If you are already a customer, click on the button CONTINUE and fill out your email address (login name) and password. Then continue as described in the new customer section, however your data will be already filled out and you only have to agree with it. End the shopping by clicking on FINISH ORDER.

Order confirmation
We will send you a confirmation email the next work day after receiving the order, where we will confirm the order including the delivery and payment conditions.

Warranty confirmation
If the warranty was taped to the cover of the product, it will already be confirmed. However, if the warranty was in the cover of the product, it will not be confirmed and you have to send it to us so that we can send it to you confirmed. We are aware of this extra expense; however it should not discourage you considering the overall amount saved.

Payment methods
The seller reserves the right to change the prices. The valid prices are confirmed by the seller when the order is confirmed and the prices depend on the valid prices of the moment of delivery. If the actual price is the same or lower than the price on the order, the price is not confirmed and the goods are delivered. If the price is higher than the price of the order, the seller informs the buyer, who can accept the new price or cancel the order. While confirming the order by telephone, the valid price is stated to the buyer for the specific order.

Means of payment

1. Bank transfer
The payment can be transferred to CITI BANK before the delivery of the goods. If you choose this type of payment you will receive the needed information to do so (account number, amount). You can print the order including all this information. Additionally all this information will be sent to your email if you have filled out the email. Of course you have the possibility to pay by deposit invoice. While confirming the order it is necessary to tell the operator how you would like it to be sent. In this case you can use the number of the deposit invoice as the variable symbol so we can identify your payment. We will send the goods after receiving the payment on our account.

2. Payment by PAYPAL.
Another often used way of payment is PAYPAL. Using PAYPAL payment you get high security along with quick transfer of money. This results in faster shipping of goods to your address.
